Chicken & Pesto Toastie
Method
- Lay out brioche slices onto a flat work surface and spread one side with Western Star Spreadable.
- On the unbuttered side of 2 slices, place a slice of cheese, then top with pesto, chicken and avocado. Top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with second slice, making sure that the butter side is facing out.
- Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium low heat, then cook 3 - 4 minutes each side or until cheese has melted and bread is golden. Remove and serve immediately top with extra Western Star Spreadable.

- Use shredded chicken from the deli counter, a hot roast chicken from the supermarket or roast chicken dinner leftovers.
