Ham, Cheese, Tomato & Spinach Toastie
Method
- Spread Western Star Spreadable evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
- Build the toastie using the unbuttered side of the bread. Start with a slice of cheese, spinach, ham, tomato and another slice of cheese. Cover with remaining slice of bread, buttered side on the outside.
- Cook in a sandwich press or frying pan until bread is golden and cheese has melted.
- Spread with a little extra Western Star Spreadable while warm and serve with a simple salad of cherry tomatoes and chives.
