- Pull husks away from corn and remove the silk, tie the husks in a knot at the base of the cob.
- Brush the corn lightly with Original Spreadable and grill on a barbecue or griddle plate turning occasionally for 10 minutes until slightly charred and soft. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Combine Original Spreadable with coriander, chilli, lime and garlic, season with salt and pepper, Generously brush each corn cob with Original Spreadable and serve immediately.

Avoid a "floury" white sauce
At the beginning of a white sauce always cook off the butter and flour over low heat for 1 minute to ensure the finished sauce doesn’t have a “floury” flavour. Remove from the heat before whisking in milk and returning back to the heat to thicken.
