Method
This recipe requires an additional 60 minutes for cooling.
- Coarsely grind the spices and salt in a mortar and pestle then transfer to a small saucepan and add butter and honey. Warm over low heat until butter has melted and mixture is bubbling.
- Stir nuts into the warm butter mixture until well coated and spread in a single layer on a baking paper lined oven tray. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and glossy.
- Cool on tray to room temperature before transferring to an airtight jar or container.
